About the role
Today, people oversee our vehicles remotely; over time the machine takes on more. You'll build the remote operations function from scratch: the tooling, the playbooks, and the team that keeps every vehicle safe and moving.
What you'll do
- Stand up the remote operations centre: tooling, staffing, and process.
- Define latency targets, escalation paths, and safety playbooks.
- Build the feedback loop between operators and the engineering team.
- Scale the model from a handful of vehicles toward many per operator.
What we're looking for
- Experience building and running real-time or safety-critical operations.
- A structured, process-first mind that still moves fast.
- Calm under pressure, and comfortable owning the details that matter.
Nice to have
- A background in fleet ops, teleoperation, aviation, logistics, or similar.
